Overview
StudentHub allows users to permanently delete their account and associated personal data. Once your deletion request is confirmed, your account and the data linked to it will be removed from our systems.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. If you are simply taking a break, consider signing out or pausing your account instead.
Before you delete: Make sure you have exported or saved anything you want to keep, including study plans, flashcards, and progress. This action cannot be reversed.
How to Delete Your Account
Users can delete their account by:
- Opening the StudentHub app.
- Going to Profile → Settings → Delete Account.
- Confirming the deletion request.

Our team will assist you with account access and verify your deletion request.
What Will Be Deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Profile information
- Account details
- Study progress
- Saved resources
- Notifications
- User-generated content where applicable
Data Retention
Some information may be retained where required by law or for fraud prevention and security purposes. Any retained information will be securely stored and deleted when no longer required.
